At KOOKAÏ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer flexible returns for change of mind on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all KOOKAÏ security tags and garment labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Postage & Labeling

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at an Australia Post outlet to generate one.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
